Treasury OFAC issued General License EE authorizing wind-down of transactions involving Samudra Marine Services Private Limited, and General License 13S allowing certain administrative transactions under Russia sanctions Executive Order 14024. OFAC simultaneously added 16 individuals and entities to the SDN List, including shipping companies from India, Turkey, UAE, Hong Kong, China, and Marshall Islands linked to Iranian oil sanctions evasion.
