Zhang Songqiao, Hong Kong Investor, Named as Proxy for Evergrande Founder's London Mansion

A 57-year-old homeless person has lived on the porch of a London mansion linked to Xu Jiayin for nearly three years. The property was purchased in 2020 through Zhang Songqiao's family office for £210 million, but the actual buyer was Evergrande founder Xu Jiayin, with his wife Ding Yumei as the beneficial owner via a BVI-registered company.
